Excellent poke with a selection of well-made ravioli and tartare. The only thing I'd be careful about is keeping the rice in the fridge too long; the portion was very cold.

04/12/2025: I was here tonight... what can I say... Civitella hides a quality treasure that deserves to be discovered... The dough is the real surprise, and even the appetizer is a timeless Italian and Roman experience reminiscent of the cuisine of yesteryear.
