Buonasera a tutti! Sono Carolina e vorrei condividere con voi questa mia nuova, meravigliosa scoperta. Ho scoperto questo locale per caso un mese fa, ma da quel giorno è diventato una tappa fissa: almeno una o due volte a settimana sento il bisogno di tornare qui. Il servizio è impeccabile, con i camerieri sempre attenti e disponibili a soddisfare ogni richiesta, facendoti sentire davvero coccolato. Ma il vero protagonista della mia esperienza è il sushi preparato da Alex. Con passione e cura, Alex crea piatti eccezionali: posso dire di aver raramente assaggiato un sushi così buono! La salsa di soia, preparata da lui, ha un sapore unico, delicato e diverso da tutte le altre in circolazione – si sente tutta la differenza. Grazie ad Alex e a tutto il team di Jue per questa favolosa scoperta. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Un abbraccio e a presto!

Ieri sera ci siamo recati in questo locale in apertura per consumare un aperitivo e mangiate qualcosa di veloce. Ci hanno presentato come alternativa al classico cibo da aperitivo il tagliere di sushi: approvatissimo! Sushi ottimo e salsine deliziose ci hanno invogliato anche a prendere una tempura (fritta benissimo e presentata con due salse tra cui quella di soia fatta in casa) e un hosomaki con la parte esterna di pasta sfoglia croccante, tutto buonissimo e particolare. I cocktail deliziosi, il mio lo spritz mediterraneo con limoncello era fresco e dissetante. Chiudo dicendo che i camerieri (in particolare la ragazza!) e il cuoco sono stati gentilissimi e il proprietario premuroso e molto gentile.

Last night we went to this opening place to have an aperitif and eat something quick. They presented us with the sushi platter as an alternative to classic aperitif food: very approved! Excellent sushi and delicious sauces also encouraged us to take a tempura (very well fried and presented with two sauces including homemade soy sauce) and a hosomaki with the external part of crunchy puff pastry, all delicious and special. The cocktails were delicious, my Mediterranean spritz with limoncello was fresh and thirst-quenching. I close by saying that the waiters (especially the girl!) and the chef were very kind and the owner was thoughtful and very kind.

I found it pleasantly comfortable and inexpensive here. The food was delicious and the service was very nice and helpful. If you don't know, just eat there or enjoy cocktails.
