The front desk staff is courteous and extremely helpful for all of a guest's needs. The hotel location is a comfortable walking distance to the historic center of Vicenza and several nearby restaurants. I enjoyed the high fashion and luxury artwork and decor, although next time I will spend more and get a slightly larger room.

The hotel is not plush, but it is definitely above the norm. However, the personal service was fantastic and the location perfect. I would recommend a stay here.

Great staff, cool decor. Only thing to know is if you pay for parking, the parking is not onsite, you have to find street parking. What you pay for is a pass to park on the street.

I stayed at the Glam Hotel on a business trip to Vicenza from the US. The location was excellent- a quiet part of town and an easy walk to wherever you needed to go. Great pizza shop next door too. Breakfast was amazing each morning. Staff was so welcoming and friendly. My room was charming and spacious. I loved everything and was sad to leave.

Vicenza is a wonderful place to explore in a single afternoon. We especially recommend the GLAM Boutique Hotel: first-class service, a friendly team, a fantastic breakfast, and stylishly designed rooms.
For architecture lovers, Palladio is everywhere – his signature characterizes the entire city. And the surrounding area? So beautiful, you'll want to stay forever.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel! The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Every little design detail has been thoughtfully chosen, turning the compact space into something both stylish and cozy.
