I had the opportunity to dine at this historic bar and restaurant (an institution for residents and tourists who rent second homes) and appreciated the new management. Well done! Traditional local dishes—the polenta concia is worth trying—and many homemade treats in a casual yet refined atmosphere. Definitely worth a try.

On Sunday, January 28th, I returned to this place after about two years. My wife and I had a pretty good time, except for the €8 price of a glass of wine. Otherwise, the quality was the same as under the previous management. It's a shame they didn't offer me a wine list!

We had pre dinner drinks. Red beer from the draft and alcohol free beer Poretti. They were served with lovely snacks including local cheese, focaccia and other small bytes

New management, I found everything about this restaurant first-class: food, wine, service, location, and price. It's worth a visit. Excellent, well worth a try.

A gem in Jovenceaux. A welcoming place with exquisite food, and the owners are very kind and cheerful. Reservations are recommended as there are only a few tables.

We went to the bar for dinner, hoping the new management would resemble the one we were used to... we ordered a €20 platter that unfortunately offered very little. I can't comment on the quality, but the quantity and variety certainly didn't reflect the price. As for the rest of the dinner, I'd say it was neither good nor bad. I don't think we'll be back, even though the staff was certainly friendly and helpful. Besides the price, the loud, disco-like music also didn't reflect the atmosphere of a peaceful dinner.
