Josto In Cagliari

For me it is absolutely the best restaurant in Cagliari. Crazy food of extraordinary quality, fabulous environment, the industrial chic style with works of art on the walls recall the style of certain magnificent New York venues. The service is superb. Eating at Josti is an unforgettable sensory experience. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Cercavo un luogo speciale dove festeggiare il mio compleanno con la mia famiglia (bimbi 6 e 3 anni) e l’ho trovato. Josto non mi ha deluso in alcun aspetto: il servizio è stato accurato e preciso, i piatti ricercati con materie prime di grande qualità, e l’attenzione ai dettagli… incomparabile. Anche i bambini sono stati accolti con del personale attento e paziente, che non ha fatto un plissè davanti a capriccetti e comportamenti vivaci. Un’attenzione che ho apprezzato molto. I piatti sono stati spiegati nel dettaglio e quando mio marito si è assentato perché il bimbo aveva bisogno di assistenza ai servizi, hanno tenuto il piatto in caldo (anche solo un paio di minuti) per permettergli di gustarlo al massimo. Ultima nota: caffè servito con piccola caffettiera al tavolo: per me che adoro il caffè della moka, una vera ciliegina sulla torta. Bravi!

Having dinner in this place was a pleasant discovery, two of us opted for the à la carte menu, although the place also offers a tasting option. Each dish had a distinctive taste and bite after bite we enjoyed a dinner truly worthy of praise! Excellent value for money, an experience to be repeated for sure. The environment is welcoming and the service is quick and attentive.

Avevo altri indirizzi di buoni ristoranti a Cagliari ma, dopo aver visto una puntata di 4 ristoranti in cui questo locale aveva trionfato, ho deciso di provarlo. Non si può assolutamente parlare di delusione: i quattro antipasti, gli spaghetti alla bottarga e i dessert (a questo ci siamo limitati) erano belli e buoni, con qualche nota di ricercatezza nell’impiattamento e nel gusto. E il fatto di poter parlare con lo chef dei piatti che, di lì a poco, si potranno degustare, e certamente un plus. La nota che un po’ mi ha disturbato è la carta dei vini. Ampia, con numerose etichette sarde e non sarde, ma tutta segnata da un eccessivo ricarico sul prezzo di vendita del vino in enoteca. I vini sono ottimi (immagino: noi abbiamo cenato con un vermentino dell’azienda Chessa, Mattariga-ottimo): prezzo su Vivino poco oltre i 10€; prezzo del ristorante, 36€. Ecco, direi che, in un locale che -a ragione- nn regala nulla, si potrebbero evitare questo genere di comportamenti.
