For me it is absolutely the best restaurant in Cagliari. Crazy food of extraordinary quality, fabulous environment, the industrial chic style with works of art on the walls recall the style of certain magnificent New York venues. The service is superb. Eating at Josto is an unforgettable sensory experience. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I celebrated my birthday here and I couldn't have chosen a better place!!! Beautiful welcoming and well-kept environment with 2 rooms of different style. Attentive and attentive service!!! Excellent food with very particular dishes, you can see that the raw materials are chosen with great care!!! Excellent wine list with a very wide choice! Absolutely recommended!!

Cercavo un luogo speciale dove festeggiare il mio compleanno con la mia famiglia (bimbi 6 e 3 anni) e l’ho trovato. Josto non mi ha deluso in alcun aspetto: il servizio è stato accurato e preciso, i piatti ricercati con materie prime di grande qualità, e l’attenzione ai dettagli… incomparabile. Anche i bambini sono stati accolti con del personale attento e paziente, che non ha fatto un plissè davanti a capriccetti e comportamenti vivaci. Un’attenzione che ho apprezzato molto. I piatti sono stati spiegati nel dettaglio e quando mio marito si è assentato perché il bimbo aveva bisogno di assistenza ai servizi, hanno tenuto il piatto in caldo (anche solo un paio di minuti) per permettergli di gustarlo al massimo. Ultima nota: caffè servito con piccola caffettiera al tavolo: per me che adoro il caffè della moka, una vera ciliegina sulla torta. Bravi!

Having dinner in this place was a pleasant discovery, two of us opted for the à la carte menu, although the place also offers a tasting option. Each dish had a distinctive taste and bite after bite we enjoyed a dinner truly worthy of praise! Excellent value for money, an experience to be repeated for sure. The environment is welcoming and the service is quick and attentive.

The experience at Josto was truly beyond all expectations: from the warm welcome to the attentive service, everything is designed to make guests feel special. Thank you for the best octopus of my life and for the delicacy of each dish. The care in choosing the ingredients is evident, as is the research into flavours, from tasty sauces to the perfect bread for making the slipper. Thank you for the dessert that looks like a real dessert, and for the eclectic and joyful music that creates a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. Special thanks to chef Pierluigi Fais, who came to greet us personally, demonstrating a passion that is reflected in every detail of the cuisine. Each dish tells a story, combining tradition and innovation with skill. The wine selection is equally excellent, with always perfect pairings. Highly recommended for those looking for a unique culinary experience in Cagliari. It will definitely be mentioned in the proposals for my B&B!
