Exciting food which we really enjoyed, and so much better, for a few Euros more, than the many tratorrias in Cagliari, and a pleasant space too. Recommended.

My review can only be a question mark (?). I sent an email to book a table, as indicated on the website, but I haven't received any response. At 7:45 PM, I called to check on my reservation and was told the restaurant was fully booked. Courtesy demands that customers be answered. Oh well, we'll get over it.

A wonderful sensory experience, led by qualified staff. A reminiscence of the past, but with a modern twist. Excellent service. Excellent food, carefully prepared and beautifully presented dishes paired with excellent wines. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this place! The menu is small but traditional, crafted with clear care and passion for the ingredients. A big bonus is the thoughtful attention to guests with celiac, including bringing gluten-free bread.

We were at Josto on Friday night and had a main course with a bottle of wine. The service and food were so incredible that we had to ask if we could book a table again the next day - which we did.
We then had the 7-course tasting menu with the accompanying wine menu and it was the best dining experience we have ever had. It was absolutely incredible. If you are in Cagliari, it is a must to visit Josto, and for God's sake don't forget to have the recommended wines, they enhance the flavors 10 times.
