A wonderful sensory experience, led by qualified staff. A reminiscence of the past, but with a modern twist. Excellent service. Excellent food, carefully prepared and beautifully presented dishes paired with excellent wines. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this place! The menu is small but traditional, crafted with clear care and passion for the ingredients. A big bonus is the thoughtful attention to guests with celiac, including bringing gluten-free bread.

We were at Josto on Friday night and had a main course with a bottle of wine. The service and food were so incredible that we had to ask if we could book a table again the next day - which we did. We then had the 7-course tasting menu with the accompanying wine menu and it was the best dining experience we have ever had. It was absolutely incredible. If you are in Cagliari, it is a must to visit Josto, and for God's sake don't forget to have the recommended wines, they enhance the flavors 10 times.

This is a nice restaurant with good service and atmosphere. Our Josto starters were excellent, though the main courses lacked the creativity that was evident in the starters. Also, the tuna dish consisted of two small, overcooked pieces.

Incredible food and atmosphere. The food was amazing and well price for the exceptional quality. I couldn't recommend it enough. Specially the service was one of the best I ever experienced, There is always someone nearby and always drinks on the table and super nice people. You can see that everything is well thought and perfectly executed.

04/09/2025: I went in to order takeout. The owners were very kind. Since it was early, they let me sit down to choose from the menu. Then, after I'd made my choice, within fifteen minutes, the order was ready to go. I didn't take any photos because I didn't think. But the grilled ravioli with cherry tomatoes were excellent, as was the tempura. I'll definitely be back to eat there.
31/08/2025: Very tasty, home-cooked food!!! Juicy manti, rice with chicken! My daughter had a very good lunch, we left full and happy! Pleasant, fast service! Very tasty tea with brownie dessert!!! What a find!!! We recommend!!!

13/09/2025: We went here for dinner with friends because we were craving something traditional, and everything was delicious. The price was moderate, and the quality of the food was very good. We opted for the set menu with three appetizers and a main course, and it was superb.
