Josna Ristorante Indiano In Genova

On a short stop over trip to Genova yesterday landed by this not to be missed Indian restaurant🤗at a nice location. The food was very tasty-enjoyed and loved every bit of it😍warm staff -adjusted us in their fully reserved agenda. And yeah! the washroom was quiet clean.

We arrived late after leaving the theater, without a reservation! He accepted us. We were advised, and ate excellent spicy stone-baked fish, accompanied by basmati rice flavored with lemon to tone down the heat. Spiced lamb, accompanied by rice and vegetables. Efficient staff, clean restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Family dinner, elegant yet convivial atmosphere. Very friendly staff, although a bit pushy with clearing our plates. Twice we had to ask for our plates to be left for us to finish. The menu is extensive and the food is very high quality; we ate very well, so it's highly recommended. The bill was very high, and honestly, for what we ate (although very good), it was too high (we drank two half-liter bottles of water and a beer).

Amazing Indian restaurant. I'd never eaten Indian food before and was a little hesitant... The menu is long and complicated, but you can't go wrong because everything is delicious! I've been twice in a month... Absolutely recommended. Cover charge is a bit high at €3 per person.

A special experience, the food is good and the dishes are explained in a very passionate way, the tables are too close together for me, the food is good but overall expensive, for what we ate a little too expensive

If you want to taste real Indian fare in Genoa, Josna is the place. Taj, the owner of the restaurant, will welcome you and make you feel at home. The food is superb and the staff is very attentive.

The service was impeccable; even first-time diners received detailed explanations of the dishes and their preparation from the owner and waitress (very friendly and approachable). An excellent culinary experience from appetizer to dessert. During one of the explanations of the dishes, there was even an exchange of opinions on how much damage British imperialism had caused wherever it set foot in the world, a point we both agreed on (thank you!!). We will definitely be back to try all the other specialties we didn't get to try.

Excellent cuisine and impeccable service. Electricity station right in front. Fair price. What can I say? Well done!

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare presso il ristorante Josna e posso affermare che, dopo aver provato diversi ristoranti indiani a Genova e provincia , questo senza dubbio è il mio preferito, conoscendo una vita cibo indiano. La qualità del cibo, il rapporto qualità-prezzo e la pulizia, inclusi i servizi igienici, sono esemplari. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e la sala, pur essenziale, è pulita e ordinata, con una mise en place di un ristorante di qualità, offrendo un'atmosfera confortevole e rispettosa. Anche se l'aria condizionata è normale, ci si abitua facilmente, e durante il pasto si sta bene, senza eccessivo disagio. Il menù presenta un'ampia scelta per soddisfare tutti i palati. Se non siete familiari con la cucina indiana o desiderate esplorare nuove proposte, vi consiglio di farvi guidare dal proprietario. È un’ottima persona, molto accogliente, parla benissimo italiano e ha una profonda conoscenza della cucina indiana sotto vari aspetti, fidatevi di lui se non sapete cosa ordinare… vi consiglio. In Josna si nota una particolare attenzione nella selezione degli ingredienti, con un focus sull’autenticità dei sapori. Anche se il prezzo può essere leggermente superiore rispetto ad altri ristoranti, vale decisamente la pena. Le portate possono sembrare non troppo elevate singolarmente, ma ordinando diversi piatti il totale può aumentare. Tuttavia, la qualità giustifica ogni centesimo speso. Il servizio è efficiente: uno dei camerieri si è dimostrato molto socievole, sempre sorridente, mentre un’altra cameriera, pur brava e competente, potrebbe migliorare l’interazione con i clienti. È il solo aspetto che suggerirei per migliorare ulteriormente l'esperienza complessiva. Abbiamo visitato questo ristorante più volte e ogni volta è stato un vero piacere. Siamo felici di aver trovato un autentico ristorante indiano con persone serie e capaci. Consiglio vivamente Josna a chiunque desideri provare una cucina indiana genuina a Genova, Ultimo punto - attenzione: Se chiedete piccante … arriva …hot hot hot…. Ma buonoooo!!!!! Bravi. Josna Ze wat luxe te zijn. Toilet keurig schoon gemaakt en met echte handdoeken bijvoorbeeld. Mocht als alleengaande gast niet op het echte terras zitten. Nu zit ik naast en helaas lekker schuin. Tafel gedekt met indiaase damast inclusief de servetten.  Had kip karma vooraf,  prima,  daarna de kip madras. En die is goed madras. Heerlijk. Alleen vond zowel de rijst al de kip madras  portie beetje weinig. Maar zeker qua smaak een  echte aanrader. Niet spotgoedkoop maar zeker niet "grote steden toeristisch duur" tot de volgende keer zou ik zeggen.
