Very nice place in the hot periods outside it is very nice the place is cool, very kind and very helpful staff. Very good and quality food, I tried both the pizza and some appetizers of fried land and sea. There is a lot of choice for drinks especially wine, since they have a cellar with many types of wine and a sommelier who can advise you very well. Recommended for those who want to spend a nice evening in the company of friends or as a couple or with their family..

I went to Josè after the decision to give up the Michelin star, after having had it on the list for a while. The place is beautiful: the interiors are really pleasant, with a small covered terrace overlooking the gardens. The cuisine seems to have moved towards more traditional local flavours, to a cuisine which is perhaps more comfortable in taste and which has reduced the space for perhaps more whimsical flavours. Nonetheless, I found products of the highest quality, a cuisine capable of enhancing the flavors of the raw materials. I really appreciated all the dishes: risotto, lupins, low-temperature cooked pork and melannurca, and in particular the puff pastry with custard and black cherry. The staff was super friendly and we were able to compose the tasting menu on the spot. The recommended wines are also very good. Only note: the multiple presence of dogs in the room created a fairly noisy environment. It would be advisable to check in advance the availability of customers and the number of pets that will be present in the room.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo deciso di festeggiare la nostra promessa di matrimonio da Josè e ne siamo felicissimi. Pasquale e Salvatore sono stati fin da subito gentilissimi e cordiali guidandoci nella scelta del menu e dei vini. Le portate sono state tutte ottime e servite in modo impeccabile dall’entree alla torta. Questo posto ci resterà nel cuore!
