The place has a welcoming and original atmosphere, with an industrial style that's been meticulously crafted to create a modern and warm atmosphere. As soon as you enter, you can sense the passion for craft beer, which is evident in the brewing and tasting areas. The beer selection is wide and varied, with different styles to satisfy both those who prefer classic flavors and those who enjoy experimenting with more unique and innovative flavors. I really appreciated the opportunity to take guided tastings: the staff is knowledgeable and able to explain the characteristics of each beer, the production processes, and the differences between styles, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. The food is in keeping with the brewery's style: simple but well-prepared dishes, ideal for accompanying the beer without overpowering it.
