Locale molto affollato, ma camerieri con enorme pazienza, è pur vero che prima che arrivi la pizza ci vogliono all'incirca 30 40 minuti, ma gestendo 2 sale sia fuori che dentro la vedo un impresa ardua soprattutto per i camerieri costretti a sopportare le continui futili lamentele di chi forse non si era reso conto che fosse Sabato!! Nonostante tutto attese ripagate con succulente e gustose pizze!! Personale di servizio veloce e gentile.

Calling it a simple pizzeria is too little, in my humble opinion it is La Pizzeria. Friendly and professional wait staff. The kitchen staff is quick and pays attention to detail. But the spearhead is the pizza master who churns out true culinary works dictated by decades of absolute professionalism. Congratulations to the owner who managed to bring together a group of great workers in the sector, managing to contain prices and offering supreme quality of the products, giving the customer the opportunity to enjoy a pizza that is truly at the top of gastronomy in terms of seasoning, leavening and cooking. Pizzeria recommended by my friend of our B&B given that Calvino is closed on Tuesdays. Rianata good, quite heavy. The place is super spartan, with just enough service (no rude people as read in other comments. Only the guy at the cash register was a little rude).

Good but unique pizza, look at the photos and you will realize it. Excellent service but the menus need to be replaced, they are not hygienic!!

Excellent pizza, crunchy and cut into squares, a nice surprise! 😁 I also recommend the famase potatoes, it's difficult to find them so good in other places!!! Now, like our friends from Trapani who made us discover it, we are at home!!

One of the oldest pizzerias in town. Pizza is good, but a bit greasy and with too many ingredients. Service could be better. Location of the restaurant is perfect. Atmosphere is O.K.

Osteria Il Principe e Il Pirata

31/05/2025: Wir genossen ein grossartiges Dinner im romantisch abseits gelegenen Il Principe e Il Pirata. Allein das kleine Modellboot auf der Terrasse ist schon ein Eye Catcher. Ebenso die phantasievoll gestalteten kleinen Kacheln, die in die Esstische eingearbeitet sind. Die Pasta mit Thunfisch war in sich rund, wenngleich der Fisch ein wenig "trocken" daherkam. Noch trockener war das Schwein mit Tarte Tatin. So schade, dass die Italiener es nicht so mit Saucen haben, das Schwein hätte definitiv ein wenig Sauce vertragen können. Auch die Beilage - Karotte mit Ingwer - trocken wie die Sahara! Auch das Mangoeis als Dessert hätte ein wenig Sauce - sei es Erdbeer- Minze- oder Limetten-Sauce vertragen können. So wie das Mandeleis, das mit sehr gut passender Caramel-Sauce serviert wird.
