Excellent pizza, spartan location, quick service.

"Neapolitan" pizza is now everywhere, but Trapani pizza is a specialty, a variant that you may like or not, but in my opinion it should be known because it is exceptional and worthy of the Protected Designation of Origin. Characterized by a firm and fragrant dough, a thorough cooking, abundant seasoning and rigorously cut into squares, it is a delicacy, whatever flavor you choose. The most typical is the "rianata", an almost "white" pizza because it has no tomato sauce, but rather with chopped cherry tomatoes, flavored with garlic, parsley, grated pecorino cheese, salted sardines and oregano, the ingredient that gives it its name. Very tasty. Also worth trying are the "vastatase potatoes" (which means "vulgar"), slightly spicy baked potatoes topped with tomatoes and stringy mozzarella! The spartan service with paper tablecloth and disposable cups is also rigorously typical, as is the patience of those waiting. For this reason it is advisable to book. It has to be taken into consideration but it is absolutely worth it! However, the staff were very quick and attentive, even though the place was crowded. Congratulations and thanks again!

Pizzeria recommended by everyone, perhaps the most popular in Trapani! Pizza different from the others but really good! Try it if you can!

Really delicious and easily digestible pizza. But slow service considering that we went on a weekday in early July... we waited more than an hour!

One of the many pizzerias in Trapani but which stands out in taste, cooking, speed, service, and prices that are not exaggerated. Behind them there is an experience of almost fifty years and if they continue on this path they will have another 50 and perhaps more.

we were looking for trapani style pizza. The food itself was not great, we had much better. but it was all locals so I guess it is authentic. Long wait. Staff not friendly especially the man at the till. we got a bottle of Sicilian red that was a bit disappointing. Did not have the “local” available
