A restaurant where you can breathe in the atmosphere of the past, as do the warm hospitality of the staff, which accompanies the tasting of classic dishes from old Milan: sublime cassoeula, wonderful cotechino and mondeghini, and a risotto with fresh porcini mushrooms, expertly creamed. A true pleasure, this visit to Ristorante Roma. 🤗🙏

A Lombard trattoria that looks as if time had stopped in the 1960s, and that, for me, has its charm. I ate an excellent cassoula, well-cooked and not at all heavy. Fairly priced. I'll be back for the Milanese risotto with ossobuco.

Excellent restaurant for a typical local lunch or dinner. Everything is served at your table on trolleys, much like in a cafeteria. The dishes are generous and delicious.

You can feel the love in every dish. A place where you sit down and don't have to worry about a thing; the wait staff will take care of you from start to finish. Cart service with mixed appetizers typical of Brianza cuisine, excellent risottos, and masterfully prepared main courses (including an amazing casseoula). Congratulations, I can't wait to come back!

Having Sunday lunch at this restaurant is like visiting an aunt. The atmosphere is familiar, as is the decor, which takes you back to times gone by. The menu is set, from appetizer to dessert, with a choice of three or four Lombard dishes. The portions are generous, and the quality is excellent. The welcome is always warm, thanks in part to Signora Cristina, who makes you feel at home.

Dinner with friends. An authentically retro restaurant run by a family that shares their passion with all their guests. Attentive, friendly, and extremely professional service; the chef's initiative to come into the dining room and suggest a selection of dishes is greatly appreciated. Refined cuisine featuring traditional Brianza specialties (risotto with sausage, nervetti, vanilla crust) but also featuring some of the best Italian cuisine (Venetian-style liver, bonet). A few more quality wines wouldn't hurt. Truly excellent value.

01/01/2026: Well... What can I say... The location is simple and light, but well done. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent. The only flaw is the agnolotti with butter and sage, which are delicious. Unfortunately, perhaps because of the type of sage or a bit too much, the flavor tends to overpower the pasta itself (which is excellent anyway). The second course was very good, I asked for a certain cooking method and it was just that. "Light" dishes full of flavor... That is, after a first and second course, you leave feeling full but not overstuffed, nor "hungry"...just right. A score of 0-10 would be a solid 7.5, and it's not a Michelin-starred restaurant. The quality/price ratio is good; I'll definitely be back to try the pizzas, which, if they're like the rest, are in a great place. The location of the restaurant in the center of Turin is also good, even if it's on a side street, but still just right... That is, once you've finished dinner, you leave and in less than a few minutes' walk you're in Piazza Castello. Here's another flaw... Unfortunately, they're closed for lunch. Total price for a first course, a second course (meat), beer, liqueur, and tip, no more than €50.... Valid.
