what determines the quality of a restaurant? in chronological order: ambience, quality of service and quality of dishes. I'll start with the last one: the food was exceptional. Regarding the service, I have a few comments: I didn't interact with just one waiter to present me the dishes and drinks from the menu, to serve them, to take special care of my table, everything was chaos, I interacted with 5 different people and therefore mistakes in serving the dishes. The staff is agitated, noisy, inattentive, I was hit several times when they passed by my table. The atmosphere is beautiful, not special, not intimate, it is a noisy and agitated place
