A very quiet place, with tasty dishes, from appetizers to first and second courses and side dishes, served with kindness in a family atmosphere. Toward the end of the meal, the owner, a very friendly and affable man, delighted us by offering and sharing a selection of excellent bitters made with herbs and spices, mostly from Calabria, which he introduced to us individually, as well as a homemade turmeric and ginger limoncello. Truly excellent value for money. We'll be back as soon as we can, when we're in the area.

I'd been hearing about it for a long time, but I never thought I'd have such an experience.
An incredible menu, narrated by an owner who captivated us from start to finish.
The dish that struck me most was the beef fillet with lard, served while it was still being smoked.
The first courses were also noteworthy.

It was one of my family's favorite Sunday restaurants since I was a child... (I'm almost seventy now)... after a long time spent working in the north, I had the opportunity to return to this place of memories...
I must say I wasn't disappointed at all, as often happens... in fact... I think it's even improved...
Excellent quality of appetizers, delicious first and second courses...

Restaurant located in the center of Cori with outdoor space. Good appetizers and very good first courses (arrabbiata to try). Very good also the buffalo mozzarella strips. Everything good but in my opinion the bill a bit expensive for what we actually ate. Anyway recommended

La perfezione e l'accoglienza. Un binomio di gusto ed ospitalità che raramente vanno a braccetto. "Oggi la mamma ha preparato" è la pura verità e funziona eccome, la gentilezza del proprietario induce a tornare spesso per non parlare delle improvvise sorprese, come una spaghettata offerta dopo il dolce. Da applausi!

Durante un viaggio tra Napoli e Roma abbiamo deciso di dedicare qualche ora a visitare il paese di Cori: scoperta entusiasmante! Parte significativa della piacevolezza della nostra giornata è stata la scelta di questo ristorante: ristoratori da 4 generazioni, sanno come accogliere! Abbiamo mangiato benissimo (la mamma in cucina è fantastica: pasta fresca, carni, verdure, dolci. Tutto non buono, eccellente!) e siamo stati accolti ancora meglio. Indimenticabili i carciofini stufati con il prosecco, la carbonara “sbagliata” con il tartufo, le bruschette con le puntarelle, la cicoria, i biscottini col vino (il Nero Buono).
Ritorneremo sicuramente con amici: Jo Botto vale assolutamente un viaggio da Napoli!
