I would return to any The Place in the world a thousand times over. In addition to the Florentine refinement in every detail, the service and location are superb.

We loved our stay and hope to be back. The warm staff and attention to detail were next level, and the hotel itself is stunning. Breakfast in the square with a view of the beautiful white & green church was the perfect start to our day. Grazie mille to the team!

First time visit to Florence and stayed at this very sophisticated boutique hotel. Everyone was super attentive, really took care of us. Very extensive breakfast and helpful concierge, they made the best out of our 2 day trip. Best place to stay in Florence!

I recently stayed at The Place Firenze and had a truly exceptional experience. The boutique hotel atmosphere is warm and elegant, creating an intimate and luxurious feel from the moment you arrive. The room was beautifully appointed with great attention to detail—plenty of thoughtful amenities, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality bed linens that made every night restful. Service throughout the stay was impeccable: professional, attentive, and always with a smile. Every interaction felt personal and genuine, which really elevated the experience. If you’re looking for a refined yet welcoming stay in Florence, The Place is an outstanding choice. I will absolutely return!

Truly had the most incredible stay in The Place, Firenze. The service was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. They know your name and preferences once you tell them once (they share amongst each other without you ever repeating yourself). You can WhatsApp them at any time for recommendations on restaurants, gelato or whatever else you’re interested in. The breakfast is beautiful and part of your stay. The location actually works very well by being a little on the outside of the chaos but walkable to everywhere. The rooms were spotless and attended to multiple times per day. My wife mentioned she enjoyed fruit and next thing our room is filled with beautiful fresh fruit daily. It feels small and quaint and like a home from home. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we return to Firenze. Grazie miele to the entire team at The Place.
