Best experience in Florence, thanks to Place Firenze. A hotel that looks modest from exterior, provides you with 5 star accommodation and amenities, with its large and cozily decorated rooms. However when it comes to services, professionalism, care to small details, extra mile to make things easier n smoother for you, this place is nothing less than 7 star.

Beautiful hotel located in a strategic position in Santa Maria Novella equipped with all comforts and very well looked after both in terms of catering and furnishings. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, attentive to customer needs.

I am compelled to write this review on the midst of our stay at The Place, Firenze. The service and beauty at this boutique hotel is beyond expectation. The convenience of its location is only eclipsed by the friendly and accommodating nature of the wonderful staff. If you have the opportunity to be a guest at this hotel, do not pass it up!

This Place rocks in every way possible. Totally lifestyle experience. From the moment we made the reservation I genuinely appreciate the seamless experience they delivered. The elegance of the space, with it’s beautiful glass room and chandeliers, set the perfect tone. Extraordinary service and top notch concierge team

Ideal location close to everything and a perfect home base to explore other close by cities on day trips. The hotel is in immaculate condition and the suite we had was perfect. The GM Claudio and his staff do a tremendous job of making you feel like you have a home in Florence.

One of the best home away from home hotels. The manager treats you like family. Pointed out and helped to arrange all activities for my family. Suggested places to visit and more. The location is superb close to everything you want to see in Florence. Great food and service

12/03/2024: Trattoria piccola ma accogliente, staff molto gentile. Ottima la tagliata, la ribollita ed il vino. Conto giusto per un locale in centro a Firenze. Prenotato con The Fork la mattina per la sera, nessun problema.
28/02/2024: Avevano prenotato in un ristorante che però al nostro arrivo era chiuso! Sotto una pioggia battente siamo entrate in questa trattoria dove, fortunatamente, c’era un tavolo per 5 libero. Noi abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Il gran fritto era abbondante e molto buono e anche il gelato al limone buonissimo! Una serata che poteva rivelarsi un disastro, grazie a Pepó si è rilevata piacevole e divertente. Grazie
