We loved our stay and hope to be back. The warm staff and attention to detail were next level, and the hotel itself is stunning. Breakfast in the square with a view of the beautiful white & green church was the perfect start to our day. Grazie mille to the team!

First time visit to Florence and stayed at this very sophisticated boutique hotel. Everyone was super attentive, really took care of us. Very extensive breakfast and helpful concierge, they made the best out of our 2 day trip. Best place to stay in Florence!

Truly had the most incredible stay in The Place, Firenze. The service was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. They know your name and preferences once you tell them once (they share amongst each other without you ever repeating yourself). You can WhatsApp them at any time for recommendations on restaurants, gelato or whatever else you’re interested in. The breakfast is beautiful and part of your stay. The location actually works very well by being a little on the outside of the chaos but walkable to everywhere. The rooms were spotless and attended to multiple times per day. My wife mentioned she enjoyed fruit and next thing our room is filled with beautiful fresh fruit daily. It feels small and quaint and like a home from home. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we return to Firenze. Grazie miele to the entire team at The Place.

The name “The Place” tells of the care of a hotel renovated with skill and with evocations of the Santa Maria Novella square in the use of materials and interior colors. The spaces are welcoming and private, the rooms relaxing. The dehor on the square offers a space for relaxation and conviviality in the open air and an excellent restaurant service. Attentive and helpful staff.

Wonderful location in Piazza Santa Maria Novella with large and welcoming outdoor area. Impeccable staff, kind and welcoming. Excellent for a dinner or even for an aperitif
