Jin Sushi In Alba adriatica

I'm completely satisfied with the quality, courtesy, and cleanliness of this restaurant. I go at least a couple of times a week on different days and at different times. The menu is exceptional, varied, and the ingredients are excellent. All, and I repeat, all, the staff are welcoming, helpful, and polite. I can only recommend it because it's a guarantee.

Edit September 2025 Returning after a long time, we had a nice surprise. New management. Renovated venue. Excellent food and a wide selection, from appetizers to rolls, first courses, and second courses. Lots of unique rolls. Definitely worth trying. Very good sushi. We went yesterday for lunch and they delivered the food very quickly. Everything was good. Friendly staff, good food, and fast service. We'll definitely be back in the next few days. This is a historic restaurant in Alba Adriatica. My friends and I have been eating here ever since they started offering a buffet service, and it has only gotten better over the years. I don't understand the recent negative reviews, but everyone has their own opinion. If they could slightly expand the lunch menu, it would be even better.

A great discovery, really excellent sushi, friendly staff

We've been going to this restaurant for years, and it's never disappointed! Now, with the restaurant completely renovated and an updated menu, it's even more wonderful to return. The atmosphere is refined, modern, yet always welcoming. The sushi? Always fresh, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. The owner is a wonderful person, as is the entire staff: professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. A place where you feel at home... but with top-quality sushi. A must-visit for us, highly recommended!

Jin Sushi isn't your typical "all you can eat" restaurant. It's a place where owner Massimo's passion and skill elevate the culinary experience, making it an excellent option for a sushi lunch or dinner in Alba Adriatica.

Since they've updated everything a bit, they've made a big step forward. My friend and I stopped in for lunch at AYCE, 15.90 Mon-Thu, excluding drinks and dessert. We loved it. Excellent service.

Very good sushi, with a wide menu and plenty of delicious dishes. I appreciated the lightness of the preparations: they aren't overloaded with condiments, and the flavors remain balanced and well-harmonized. The restaurant is spacious and orders are conveniently placed via tablet; the service is quick and the staff is friendly. Prices are average. Recommended!
