On 16/6/25 there was the Varzi salami festival, you can imagine the presence of many tourists and not only, to taste the local delicacies
Salami, wines, cheeses etc...
As for the restaurant, more than positive, and prices within everyone's reach.
I will go in September when it will be cooler.

A place located in the historic center of Varzi, it has an internal room and an external deohor furnished with grace and attention to detail.
Clean environment.
They offer local cuisine, in addition to lunches and dinners you can enjoy an excellent snack. Family atmosphere, the service is always done with kindness and professionalism.

Situato nel vicolo principale della vecchia Varzi, in un ambito davvero suggestivo, questo ristorante ci ha colpito subito per il suo ambiente curato ed elegante.
Un menù di pochi piatti , come si conviene alla buona cucina, tutti ben preparati, saporiti e gustosi che ben rappresentano la tradizione delle colline pavesi.
Un servizio attento e affabile, davvero eccellente, hanno completato una bella serata.

Cover charge 3 euros per person. Dishes neither praiseworthy nor infamous with first courses costing 14 euros, appetizers and second courses costing 20 euros. What was served was not worth the price paid in my opinion, for example the ribs were enormous, fatty with overcooked and greasy sauce. The first course, a kind of green gnocchi was "kneaded" and tasteless. We did not have the "luck" to try the Varzi cake because "it ran out the night before"... The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is kind.

A weekend on a bike, around the Apennines. We stopped by chance and...we came back the next day on the way back. Very kind staff, they made us recharge the batteries, both the bikes and...ours. The cold cuts and cheese board was unforgettable. When I return to Varzi I will know where to go.

While visiting Varzi we stopped to eat here attracted by the environment and the menu. Excellent appetizers with local cured meats and delicious agnolotti. Precise service and truly unique location. To be recommended.

Superb location in the heart of the ancient village of Varzi...local cuisine with cured meats, cheeses, malfatti, ravioli, rice cake, etc...all washed down with a good red wine from the Oltrepò...Grazia and her daughter Carolina excellent hosts...highly recommended!!

On a trip on the Voghera-Varzi Greenway, a short break for a "snack". Excellent local products and particular attention to the customer, in addition to the perfect service, kind and available to also give historical and tourist information and curiosities.
