I give it 4 stars, not 5, because the staff at two of the three locations hardly speak English and it's difficult. The coffee and pastries are great otherwise!

The decor is great,
The staff is friendly and welcoming,
It's a shame that the churros had too much sugar; it was really poorly measured, there was too much of it, so in the end, you don't know what you're eating, which is a shame.

Very nice café with a bear-themed ambiance. A typical Instagrammer's café. The coffee was tasty and inexpensive, but nothing special. The caper costs €1 per person. The service was rather unfriendly. We moved because we wanted to sit at a table with bears, and the waiter was annoyed.

The place is cozy, filled with love and cute teddy bears. It offers a variety of sweets - different types of pancakes, waffles, muffins, gelato, and honestly everything looks so good! Definitely would recommend if you have a sweet tooth 😁 In addition, the staff were nice and friendly. We had the banana sushi and the kinder bueno waffle, which was so incredibly sweet that we couldn’t finish it.

I already knew this place, having frequented it in Taranto; the food is delicious, especially the desserts. The problem is the service. Slow to say the least, three of us arrived around 11:15. We ordered a sweet and savory menu, and the only thing left to cook arrived last—the coffee—before we could eat it with the dessert. We started eating pancakes at noon, an unthinkable time for breakfast. It was sunny inside, we were told they would lower the awning for us, and we were left without it, in the sun. That said, nothing can be said about the food.
