Overrated. Even when it's slightly busy the service is very slow

Jérôme Chocolat is a must go if you visit Bari, the place is super cool and definitely the decoration and the teddy bears (more like bears 😹🐻) make the experience unique and different. I went for breakfast-brunch and ordered a sweet & salty combo, I'm a fan of dessert even at breakfast 😻🧁🥪. I originally ordered combo #5 which included a proscuitto crepe with cheese but at the time they couldn't cook it so they substituted it with the sandwich from combo #4 and it was delicious. I was served by Fabiana, a super cute and kind girl who was attentive all the time, in general the waiters were very kind to me and when I came back from my walk through the city they said goodbye to me 🥰💖. If you see it from the outside it may seem like an expensive place but the truth is that it has very affordable prices and the price-product ratio is 10/10🔝, being able to check the menu before arriving is also a plus. I would have liked to have more time and go more often to try the cupcakes (which on this side of the pond is sometimes difficult to find😩), the macarons of different flavors and the frappes that I saw that they served with a giant cotton candy, fantasy total 🤩🍧🧇. They also have gluten and lactose free options and although I don't have any dietary restrictions, I know that for many people finding a place like Jérôme Chocolat with gluten and lactose free options is quite difficult so I give them extra points for that. I recommend it 100%! 🍰🍦

The pistachio ice cream tasted strange. And the service was just rude. I didn't feel comfortable there.

It's the second time we've come here and it didn't disappoint us at all, beautiful surroundings, very polite and courteous staff, the only small flaw is that I would prefer more craftsmanship in the products, otherwise nothing really, we will definitely be back :)

A great place for a morning cappuccino and something sweet. Especially with children, this is a suitable place. Candy atmosphere and a large selection of sweets. From croissants through waffles and pancace. The service was polite and smiling. I would highly recommend.

Locale scenografico colorato di rosa e con pupazzi sparsi qua e là, offerta non da classico bar ma con la possibilità di avere anche colazioni diverse e salate. A parer mio, le brioches sono più forma che sostanza. Servizio efficiente.

Very good coffee with excellent service

Cozy and truly wonderful place wrapped in pink with particular attention to detail. Friendly and professional staff. Lots of choices on the menu, with various proposals, both sweet and savory. Really excellent product quality! I came across it by chance because I was passing by on the street in the center and I was very impressed, I highly recommend it
