Jazz Cafè In Treviso

I went here in mid august while I was staying in Treviso for 1 day. It was in fact such a great experience, I went twice in the 28 hours I spent in Treviso. While that should tell you everything you need to know about this spot, more can be said. The service was absolutely stellar and they are the sweetest people in town. The ambiance was incredible and even though we got bit by mosquitos, they put out incense just for us (as we were the only table dining outside) just to make us feel a bit more comfortable. I truly can't speak highly enough about this place and while I have dined in several major cities and had a few michelin star meals, I would very happily go back here and try to convince them to open up a restaurant in my home city.

Delicious restaurant. We live in Treviso and this is one of our favorites. Service is always kind and welcoming. Food is a delight. The garden is dreamy, and the indoors in winter is cozy.

The savory dishes are good despite the small portions. For example, it's the smallest parmigiana I've ever eaten (for €16, barely 1 cm thick on a 10 cm square). The desserts, however, were flavorless. The terrace at the back is pleasant, as is the restaurant. The service is quite slow, but they're transparent; it's clearly stated on the menu! I was served hazelnut slivers with my dessert even though I had clearly stated at the beginning of the meal that I was allergic to nuts. Total €70 for a mini parmigiana, a pasta dish, two small desserts, one of which was life-threatening, and two glasses of wine—that's very expensive.

✅ Good food in a downtown restaurant with a small outdoor patio. ✅ Very kind and helpful staff. 🟡A little expensive, we spent about €140 for two waters, two first courses, two second courses, and an appetizer. There was fish, but it still seemed a bit too much. ❌ Very slow service, about 45 minutes per course. This last point won't make me return. ❌❌❌The owner denied in his reply that we waited 45 minutes, but if you want, I have photos of the dishes on my iPhone with the date and time. It's a shame that a restaurant owner would respond so sharply to a previously calm review; this also won't make me return.

Excellent food, I had the meatballs, fish of the day risotto, and a blackberry cheesecake. The staff were prompt and courteous. We had a fantastic seat in the back garden next to the canal, the atmosphere in the evening was wonderful.

We had a fantastic meal and received spectacular service. 100% recommended.

Sooo good food! Made form scratch with love. Classic Italian. Very cozy atmosphere by the river, quiet and calm.

Good, inventive cuisine, with just pasta... That's saying something! Flavorful, sought-after wines. The small back garden with the sound of the water suits us well. A little too quiet, perhaps.
