An interesting, modern, spacious, and, for our taste, a bit kitschy ambiance, with a street-side terrace and a largely obscured sea view due to a typical Italian architectural flaw.
The sommelier had some shortcomings, but, like the entire service team, was extremely polite and attentive. How it earned a Michelin star rating wasn't really clear to us during our dinner, as our various courses weren't particularly tasty.

We accidentally discovered this place for lunch and it was a wow experience. The fresh raw seafood platter was super fresh. The best oysters ever and the most unique squid experience. We also had veal and it was perfectly prepared with potatoes pave. Service was superb. Atmosphere was amazing and so were their bathrooms.

My partner and I went to Jamanté last night, 17 April 2025, and we had the opportunity to taste an exquisite dinner, from the exceptional seared octopus starter to the two first courses.
The selection of wines offered both by the bottle and by the glass is also excellent.
A small final note: we found the choice to recreate a beach in the center of the table particularly interesting!

In September, my husband and I dined at this Michelin-recommended restaurant. We tried the veal tartare, lasagna, spaghetti, and pork belly. The pork belly was a standout, and their deconstructed take on lasagna was unique and enjoyable. However, I would have preferred the veal tartare to be more finely prepared. A good choice for a fancy meal or if you’re in the area, though not a must-visit.
