This beautiful restaurant deserves all its stars. What can I say? The fish is incredibly fresh and well-prepared, the wine is excellent—it's worth a visit to confirm the quality of this restaurant. The prices are fair, and it's definitely worth a few extra euros. I forgot to mention that the desserts are excellent, but even more spectacular.

For a private birthday celebration, we opted for Jamantè for Sunday lunch! Ambience: It immediately stands out for its refined and sophisticated furnishings, without being overbearing, making the experience pleasant. Staff: professional, attentive, caring for the little ones, never intrusive, and always proactive. Food: quality ingredients, well-prepared without being overbearing, with excellent presentation. Service times: well-regulated and spaced between courses. Owner: cultured, knowledgeable, attentive from the welcome to the bill, with a special mention for the menu selection and, above all, the wine selection. A truly iconic restaurant, one of those whose stamp has long since been lost! Congratulations!!!!

It is a beautiful, tasteful restaurant with very professional and friendly staff. When choosing our food, we noticed a few unusual rules: some dishes are only prepared if at least two portions are ordered, and a maximum of 3 types of pasta can be ordered per table. They have a good selection of cocktails. The risotto was excellent, the pasta was a little below average, and the fish was completely tasteless - beautiful, creative presentation, but a mini portion for €22 and no taste. We left hungry and disappointed.

My experience was not good. I haven’t completed my risotto because it smelled strange and It wasn’t very tasty, at least not to my taste. And I was not even asked why. Services was good, just a not property washed glass for a wine. Probably I was expecting something wow from the restaurant in Italy mentioned in Michlene guide.

The seafood in this restaurant is something you can never find in Asia! The owner is very friendly and recommends wines that go well with all the food here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Jamanté. This is a true fine dining experience. The service is impeccably formal and attentive, yet warm and friendly. We felt very well taken care of. The food provided creative twists on traditional tastes. And the atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous, while also soothing and comfortable. We especially loved the table! The only unfortunate thing is that despite being so near such a beautiful town and surroundings, the location doesn't allow for views. I guess the nice trade-off is that the place is a little quieter, more secluded, and less crowded than it would be if it was closer to the action of the center of town. It was actually kind of nice to step away from the livelier side of things!

A definite recommendation. The price/performance ratio is definitely right. Aside from the excellent food, you immediately feel at home thanks to the excellent and warm service. The wine list is second to none. Tip: be sure to ask owner Gianluca for other restaurant recommendations. This led us to the Neuro, right in the old town, and the Pescheria Lo Scoglio, among others. Thanks for that. Anyone vacationing here should definitely visit Jamante. I've rarely had such fantastic sea bass in a salt crust.
