Jam Burger&Music In Vicenza

This American-style restaurant offers a wide selection of burgers with crazy combinations. The menu features the classic burger with cheddar lava, and they provide gloves and a bib! I chose the smash burger, where you can choose how many smashes you want to put inside, and then the inevitable cheddar, caramelized onion, and sauce. The meat was a bit tough, lacking that golden, flavorful crust, so no Maillard reaction. Despite this, the burger was very good. The fries were generously portioned, which we appreciated. The cover charge is €2, but they leave a lot of Heinz sauce packets on the table. The only downside: the location of the restaurant is quite out of the way and in an area without anything nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and fast. I loved it, I'll be back!

The LAVA BURGER is the bomb! ​If you're looking for a jaw-dropping experience, you have to try the LAVA BURGER! The flavor combination is incredible: the artisan bun, the Black Angus burger, and the caramelized onion create a perfect base. But the real show is the melted cheddar and crispy bacon served right at your table. It's an explosion of flavor! ​The €16 price tag is absolutely justified by the quality of the ingredients and the show that precedes every bite. Definitely worth it!

Super positive experience at this American-style restaurant in an industrial area. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. The fried food is truly excellent and crispy, the pulled pork is delicious, the burgers are super yummy, and the fries are also delicious, with the option of adding a sauce (I added bacon and cheddar). Generous portions and everything was perfectly seasoned. The cover charge includes sauces. The atmosphere is very nice, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the music is great. Please open in Cittadella too! 😭😭😭
