09/08/2024: Yesterday 8-8-24 I had dinner with my wife at l'Ostricaro in Gallipoli and we were super happy. The prices are normal and the quality of the product is really very high. The staff is really prepared, friendly and fast. The crudo was delicious. As a first course we ate square spaghettoni cacio e pepe with tuna tartare and tagliolini with stracciata, purple prawn and frisa... Both truly of the highest quality. Fried prawns and calamari with a sauce made by them which went very well indeed. A restaurant that we recommend without a shadow of a doubt.

07/08/2024: It's the first time we've come to Puglia and we're feeling at home. Everything beautiful. The very nice restaurant, friendly, hospitable, polite staff. We ate well, nothing to say, we definitely recommend this place, a must-do if you are in the area, we will definitely be back.
