Excellent coffee, clean, modern atmosphere. I didn't have lunch there, but I saw a nice menu. I congratulate the young lady with whom I exchanged a few words and thank her. She had that empathy with the customer that's often needed. Thank you 🥰

03/11/2025: An excellent restaurant in the heart of Pistoia, almost on Piazza della Sala, with a very original and tasteful decor. This is our menu: tortelli filled with Prato mortadella with a parmesan cream, chopped pistachios, and drops of basil reduction, artisanally marinated beef carpaccio with crunchy seasonal vegetables, and dessert.
