Ivo La piada e gli Oliveti In Rimini

The authentic Romagna piada! Located just steps from the sea and the Rimini Miramare train station (Ivo Burger is also nearby). I loved this place for its wide selection of vegetable toppings and interesting combinations: eggplant with mint, confit cherry tomatoes, hummus, feta, etc.... finally, not the usual cold cuts. You can book by filling out the menu and paying directly at the cashier, convenient.

Both the dough and the filling are excellent piadinas.

The piadina with prosciutto, squacquerone cheese, and grilled vegetables was amazing. The bergamot kombucha was also delicious. Friendly service and reasonable prices. I highly recommend it, I'll be back!
