Truly spectacular piadina, very kind staff.

A small piadina shop located in the center of this small province. The ordering system is very quick and intuitive; you can choose your piadina with a note. There's no option to change the dough, but there are plenty of ingredients, although I think they should expand the selection of cured meats and especially cheeses. Prices are average, but a bit pricey for us, who are from out of town. Thin, well-cooked piadina. What really struck me was the cleanliness of the place. Every time a table was vacated, the manager would come out with disinfectant and clean everything up. This was greatly appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent piadina and excellent service

Ivo Piada de Papo is a piadina place with a wide selection, special drinks and friendly staff. The space, furnished with high chairs, is more suitable for a quick stop than for a long, drawn-out dinner. The desserts are definitely worth trying - a real experience! A warning to the owner: if you continue to employ only one person in the dinner service - no matter how skillful and hardworking they are - you may easily lose them. It would be worth transferring some employees from other shops in the area to relieve the load.

The piadinas are delicious, as is the service. Great prices, I'll definitely be back with the whole family.
