Very nice and welcoming bar/café. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The girls are always courteous and smiling. It's becoming a pleasant daily habit to have coffee almost every morning.

I came in on the morning of July 23, 2023, after a twenty-year absence. I had a full breakfast. I found a simple atmosphere and fresh pastries. The cured meats are unusual and not my cup of tea. I assume the manager speaks English. Tables are outside.

31/10/2025: Wee unpretentious place with great service.
07/07/2025: I came here for a simple refreshing cold beer, one night cap without all the fancy hoo ha n it fitted the bill. Have done 15,000 steps 10.5km so u could say I earned it. Especially being my 74th too. This is a local. Nothing worth coming here for unless u are staying in the neighbourhood.

06/12/2025: AMAZING BREAKFAST! All the pastries, pastas, and pizzas are homemade, delicious! 🤤 The staff and owner are truly adorable and kind! GO THERE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I don't usually write reviews, but they deserve to be known!
26/11/2025: The coffee is okay, but charging you before you even start making your coffee and not offering table service in a café with a dozen tables is unconscionable, especially since the atmosphere is pleasant and well-maintained, the pastries are good, and the prices aren't so low as to justify the lack of service. (Aperol Spritz €6, coffee €1.40).
