A quality culinary experience that truly makes you happy. The ittiturismo acquarchi welcomes you with cold and hot appetizers (at least 7 types of different fish, mullet, eel, skate, shrimp, small fish...) that make your taste buds explode with joy. It continues with first and second courses (pasta or rice with seafood, grilled and fried fish) to finish with artisanal desserts and local bitters. To crown it all, the surrounding environment: the pond with its magnificent biodiversity inebriates and delights the senses with its scents and sounds. A place that really deserves it!!

The first time I was there I expected better. Being a fish tourism business it should present itself with a more suitable menu and I won't add anything else

Eravamo in due . Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, da scoppiare … Locale Molto carino. Ambiente famigliare tutti gentilissimi. Ci hanno portato Antipasti misti. La fregola. L insalata, la frittura mista e una grigliata di pesci e gamberi. Il caffè con o dolcetti sardi e l’amaro . I pesci non siamo riusciti a mangiarli perché eravamo sazie, e molto gentilmente ci hanno fatto un pacchettino da portare a casa. Sicuramente ci torneremo …

22/09/2024: Cena speciale in un ristorante con vista mozzafiato. Location curata. Personale gentile e preparato. Piatti preparati con cura e sapori squisiti. Vino rosso ottimo. Per finire seadas, la migliore mangiata in questa vacanza. Forse un po’ caro, ma ne vale la pena. Consigliato.
03/08/2024: Conosco bene la zona di Bosa ma in tanti anni di ripetute vacanze in Sardegna non eravamo mai stati in questo ristorante. Attirata dalle belle recensioni, decido di prenotare. Mi è piaciuto in primis molto la location , una bella vista su Bosa Marina , si mangia all'aperto per godere del panorama e della brezza marina..Tavoli eleganti ma non troppo, il giusto, un luogo perfetto per una cenetta romantica. Le pietanze, tutte buone, in particolare ho gradito l'ottima fregola. Servizio cordiale.

03/11/2024: Discovered by chance. The municipal market was closed.. How lucky!!! Met mother Miranda, kind person and artisan of the past.. Simple shop without too many pretensions.. But guys, here you can find the authenticity of the past.. The capuliettes (or copulettas)😍 spectacular.. With that scent of bitter almonds. The pabassine.. The least dry and most inviting I have ever tasted.. The formaggelle.. For the first time I discovered what they are like when there is only ricotta and no flour!!!! The gueffus.. With myrtle. Really delicious.. Everything is very simple to look at.. But once you taste it you are surprised by the genuine goodness.. Which you can no longer find around.. Not even in the famous pastry shops.. Today we will taste the lemon ravioli!! Meanwhile, honor to mother Miranda!!
