We spent three nights at the B&B. The restaurant was right next door. We enjoyed it so much that we went back again. The ramen was amazing.

Very good food, but the service is a bit peculiar, let's say...
It seems like you're doing them a disservice by ordering the food.
We placed a single order, and after an hour and a half, not everything had arrived (even though the restaurant wasn't at all crowded), and in fact, the chef was still staring at us, not cooking.
After an hour of waiting, the waitress even asked us if we still wanted anything (three dishes were missing), after which they only brought us one, telling us that another had already been brought... absolutely not true.
A misunderstanding about the drinks also led to us spending more (we hadn't ordered the sizes they brought us, obviously not being able to finish them).
There are plenty of all-you-can-eat options, and they set the prices, yet it feels like they're giving you freebies.
Sorry about the service, but we'll be back again.

We absolutely don't want to complain. We were a bit disappointed and wanted to point out what happened. In fact, we still gave it 3 stars and openly praised the food.
In any case, when we ordered the water, we specified the size. However, we would have accepted the misunderstanding, but we would have appreciated a little understanding when we pointed it out instead of being ignored.
It's true that I said I didn't want the spicy one, but there were two other dishes missing: one was delivered after I asked for it, while the other wasn't, even telling us you had brought it to us. In both this case and the water issue, we would have appreciated you questioning yourselves and considering the possibility of having made a mistake.
We certainly know how to enjoy life, and we believe and hope we haven't upset anyone with what we did.
We're sorry to read this nitpicking response. We like the restaurant and the food, and it's a shame this embarrassment has arisen. In any case, we hope these tips are useful to you; we'd love to give it 5 stars.

01/2025 - 02/2025 - 06/2025: This restaurant truly deserves my 5-star rating. It’s perhaps the first time I’ve experienced such an excellent balance of quality, quantity, and price at a Japanese all-you-can-eat. I was warmly welcomed by a kind staff member who explained how the ordering system worked and offered valuable recommendations on the menu. The dishes have a fusion touch, which didn’t bother me at all, and despite the small portion sizes, the fish-to-rice ratio was always well-balanced. Well done! I will definitely be coming back.
