Excellent supermarket and brand. Among the best delis in Italy. Fresh produce, friendly staff, and a good selection. Prices are slightly higher than other supermarket chains, but the quality is truly top-notch. Highly recommended.

The environment is very neat, clean, and well-organized. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to help with courtesy and professionalism. I'd like to extend a special thanks to a young woman named Asma, or Esma if I'm not mistaken—her name is truly brilliant. She's always available and has a big heart. Despite her young age, she demonstrates great professionalism and customer service. My sincere congratulations to all the staff, and to Asma in particular.
