Quite an elegant place and a pleasant environment, friendly and helpful staff, the food below my expectations also because the artichokes must be bleached in water and lemon and cannot be served oxidised with a rotten green colour, hideous to look at especially because they lose nutrients and so it is useless to eat them. There is a lack of attention to food as a nutritional element also because the vegetable side dishes are almost non-existent, you need a small piece of broccoli and one of carrot or in the form of a few sauces. Disappointment.

05/04/2024: Today I had an aperitif here, devastating cured meats and cheeses. The drink prices are very honest, the platter was worth every penny. The bread perhaps not very fresh but otherwise nothing to say. I will definitely be back ❤️
26/03/2024: Excellent wine shop with refined products for excellent snacks during the day. There are few tables, so you must be willing to share them in case of need (if there are two of you and only the large table at the entrance is free, you will find yourself sitting with other diners)... and for me this is only a positive fact. Excellent wines, honest prices

Rifugio Pastore

17/02/2024: Bellissimo rifugio ai piedi del Monte Rosa! Oggi era una splendida giornata di sole e abbiamo mangiato in terrazza con una vista da togliere il fiato, si vedeva anche la Capanna Regina Margherita. Cibo ottimo, abbiamo iniziato con la patata della tradizione avvolta da pancetta e con una crema al formaggio molto buono e delicata. Io ho preso la bagna cauda con assaggio di battuta di Fassona (credetemi se vi dico che non è per niente un “assaggio” ma una bella porzione) davvero ottima, la mia amica gli gnocchi con zucca e fonduta di formaggio spettacolari! Per finire abbiamo diviso una bonnet che ha concluso in maniera eccellente il pranzo. Ciliegina sulla torta è un rifugio pet friendly (che non è così scontato come si possa pensare). Ci torneremo sicuramente!!! Grazie ai ragazzi che gestiscono e lavorano presso questo rifugio per l’ottima esperienza. A presto!
30/09/2023: Abbiamo mangiato benissimo! Polenta ed asino, polenta e cervo. I piatti che vedavamo erano tutti invitanti. Locale accogliente e personale attento e cortese. Dalla terrazza bellissima vista!
