In Carignano, I'd say it's a must! Memo and his brothers never disappoint. Their simple approach offers everything you want, at prices accessible to everyone. The food is truly delicious, and the place has been beautifully renovated recently. Well done, guys, you're the best! Keep it up!!!

But the real secret here is the farinata: you can taste the authentic flavor of the chickpeas, and it's delicious. The real revelation? The stuffed farinata! We only tried it tonight (and we missed out on years of deliciousness!): it's simply excellent. ​If you're looking for a place where quality is evident and where the ancient farinata is superbly reinterpreted, you absolutely must stop by! Don't make our mistake: try the stuffed farinata right away!
