La massima espressione della Calabria in tavola … cucina casereccia ma di grandissima esperienza conosco il territorio calabro da oltre 16 anni per lavoro e qui dove vi fermerete per vacanza o semplicemente per un pranzo resterete soddisfatti … sapori ormai dimenticati nelle grandi città qui ancora intatti prodotto locale di qualità antipasti stratosferici Crema di ceci e porcini, carpaccio porcini, verza e uvetta , trippa in base alla disponibilità, fave e cicorie, salumi e formaggi, primi abbondanti con porcini al ragù di maialino nero al cinghiale all’anduja… , secondi stinco di maiale stufato di maioalino e tantissime altre specialità

This year I was in Sila for the time. We have an overnight stay at the Ampollino lake hotel. Family management. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend their holidays here. The food is great. A superlative welcome. The service is excellent. The location is just minutes from villages with ski lifts. You can go hiking there.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this hotel surrounded by nature, where every detail speaks of hospitality and care. The family management creates an authentic and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for getting away from the routine. The location is ideal: it is located a couple of kilometers from Palumbo and a few kilometers from Lorica, allowing you to easily explore the surroundings and enjoy enchanting views. The internal baby park is a real joy for the little ones: modern games, inflatables and super-kept spaces, while outside the children can have fun with outdoor rides. The dining room is truly special, with a large fireplace that creates a unique environment: we relaxed on comfortable sofas, chatting in company and rediscovering the pleasure of dialogue. Another strong point is the food: every day we were offered a vast choice of menus, always different and prepared with typical, quality ingredients. Each dish was cooked with care and taste, making every meal a pleasure. Great praise goes to the cleanliness of the rooms, simple, spacious and always impeccable. We sincerely thank Simone and his family for making our stay so special. We can't wait to return and will definitely tell all our friends about it!

Three days spent relaxing, having fun, a beautiful landscape and lots of snow❄️❄️❄️ everything was perfect, thanks above all to this place from times gone by where human relationships really count and you feel at home. Thank you Simone to you and your family for the welcome and professionalism you put in, always maintaining that authenticity that makes you feel calm and pampered. Credit goes to the perfectly cooked food and the attractions made for the little ones which were really appreciated. 10 and praise!!!

Posto familiare, con camino. Il cibo ottimo dall'antipasto al dolce. Offre cucina locale dagli antipasti a base di funghi, ai primi fino ai secondi e dolci. Il vino buono e il servizio veloce.
