Sono già stato diverse volte a mangiare la pizza e non solo. Il proprietario ti fa sentire a casa e propone piatti speciali da lui ideati e creati. Si percepisce chiaramente che non si tratta di "cibo", ma come dice lui di "arte". E ha ragione. Consiglio questo posto a chi vuole staccare da tutto e immergersi nel gusto e in una natura ancora selvaggia

very tasty dishes, yesterday we ate delicious tagliatelle with artichokes. Welcoming place with simplicity and thanks to the friendliness of the restaurateur. It has now become our favorite stop every time we go to the Castiadas area. Definitely recommended

Discovered last year during a holiday, every time we return to the area we always stop. Whether it's for a pizza or a chat with Donato while eating handmade focaccia and taralli, it's always a fantastic experience. Advised!

This is a unique experience made authentic by the owner. The place is more of a take-out place but they have some plastic tables and chairs that you can use and also they stock a fridge with sodas and beers. You should definitely try it especially if you like "american style", thick pizza crust.

Take away with consumption on site, excellent a la minute cuisine, very picturesque chef Very good fried panzerotto They arrived by surprise and offered us a very good artichoke and sausage fregola, an excellent squid stew and the truly noteworthy homemade taralli with pecorino cheese. By calling in advance you can agree on the menu, don't expect a cool place, the food is good but it's all very down to earth so few demands and desire to eat 😉 Beers of various kinds and a truly noteworthy white karmis. We haven't tried the pizzas but we will soon, there seems to be a lot to talk about there too. Until next time

Crazy food of extraordinary quality, fabulous environment, the industrial chic style with works of art on the walls recall the style of certain magnificent New York venues. The service is superb. Eating at Josti is an unforgettable sensory experience. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
12/01/2025: Cercavo un luogo speciale dove festeggiare il mio compleanno con la mia famiglia (bimbi 6 e 3 anni) e l’ho trovato. Josto non mi ha deluso in alcun aspetto: il servizio è stato accurato e preciso, i piatti ricercati con materie prime di grande qualità, e l’attenzione ai dettagli… incomparabile. Anche i bambini sono stati accolti con del personale attento e paziente, che non ha fatto un plissè davanti a capriccetti e comportamenti vivaci. Un’attenzione che ho apprezzato molto. I piatti sono stati spiegati nel dettaglio e quando mio marito si è assentato perché il bimbo aveva bisogno di assistenza ai servizi, hanno tenuto il piatto in caldo (anche solo un paio di minuti) per permettergli di gustarlo al massimo. Ultima nota: caffè servito con piccola caffettiera al tavolo: per me che adoro il caffè della moka, una vera ciliegina sulla torta. Bravi!

02/01/2025: Tavolata di 20 persone tra adulti e bimbi. La pizza è arrivata poco dopo l' ordinazione ottima e ben condita. È una bella pizza grande quindi consiglio chi solitamente non la finisce tutta di prenderla addirittura ridotta. I camerieri comunque consegnano gentilmente i cartoni per poter portare via la pizza avanzata. Non posso valutare i dolci perché non ne abbiamo preso ma il prezzo è stato eccellente, ovvero €12 a testa con pizza bevande varie. Comunque la pizzeria propone anche un menù da euro 17 che comprende anche il dolce bibita e caffè. Complimenti tornerò sicuramente.
