A restaurant like this one deserves more than 5 stars. We'd been eyeing it for a few days and really wanted to come. We managed to book a table, which was easiest to do via Google Maps, and that's it. Interestingly, there's no English menu, but you can easily communicate, even in... Polish 😃.
We ordered the seafood tasting menu, got plenty of appetizers and three main courses. The amount of food was enormous for an evening meal. We stuffed ourselves with delicious dishes that we'll remember for a long time. For example, there's a type of pasta here that 10 people on the island can make, one of whom works at this restaurant. We got incredible seafood and pasta, and the preparation of these dishes required a multitude of textures and flavors.
We'll remember this place forever, adding it to our favorites list, recommending it, and when we return to the island, we'll definitely visit again!

We visited this restaurant on New Year's Eve, a night that is known to be special and sometimes difficult to manage for both the dining room and kitchen... but this was not the case for the wonderful staff at Is Femminas, who were impeccable in every way.
A perfectly prepared dining room, the staff truly helpful and kind.
A menu designed and curated by the chef down to the smallest detail, capable of being adapted to the different dietary needs of each guest.
Excellent quality products, fresh and rich in the flavors of Sardinia.
I highly recommend this restaurant if you're passing through Cagliari for the authentic flavors, the attention to detail, and the love that shines through. Well done everyone!

We ate at Is Femminas for the first time today, and it was definitely a pleasant discovery.
Excellent service, the waitresses were very courteous and knowledgeable in explaining the dishes, which, although traditional in nature, were mostly very elaborate.
I really appreciated the fact that Chef Maria Carta came to the table to introduce herself and say goodbye at the end of the meal.
My only complaint is the price, €80 per person: we chose the tasting menu because there was no alternative, or at least we weren't given an alternative. The menu was also given to us only when we were choosing dessert, so we couldn't have known the prices.
Quality undoubtedly comes at a price, but to get an idea, it would perhaps be better if guests could read the menu and price lists and evaluate before ordering.
In any case, recommended for a quality lunch in the heart of Cagliari.

From the food...which was an amazing experience...with some excellent ingredients that made all the difference... The chef was brilliant!

A pleasant discovery! We popped in on a Sunday by chance, looking for a place for lunch. The tasting menu was excellent, and their ability to accommodate allergies and intolerances is even more commendable. Generous portions and very interesting options, with the tuna and desserts particularly good. The only thing that could be improved is the service; I would suggest more clearly explaining the option of requesting the à la carte menu in addition to the tasting menu. We'll be back!

Locale molto carino con una bella cucina a vista, personale gentilissimo e servizio curato e veloce. Piatti particolari e pesce buonissimo, ottimi i gamberi come antipasto e la minestra di pesce con la pasta fatta a mano tipica della zona (Su Filindeu). Dolci squisiti. Prezzi un pochino sopra la media ma la qualità c’è’ tutta. Consigliato se volete provare cibi tipici e di qualità.
