Really friendly welcome... despite the crowd around the truffle festival.
I have to say I expected better....no truffle flavor whatsoever.
Tagliatelle good but you could only taste the cream and cutlet equally good but small and truffle almost non-existent....a little expensive for my tastes.

Trattoria Irina has always been highly recommended in recent years. The truffled egg and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms are particularly delicious.
Plus point: The trattoria is also open at lunchtime!
This year, 2024, however, the service was inattentive and you had to wait a long time for a dish. The Taglliatelle con Tartuffo nero were tasteless. We were very disappointed.

Speaking only about the pizza because that's what we ate, I must say that it is very, very good. Dough leavened to perfection and highly respectable raw materials. Furthermore, cooking in a wood oven further increases the final result. I will definitely return.

I'll start from the only positive note, the availability and friendliness of the staff. The rest is negative: very little choice, menu of second courses almost absent, starters even worse and vegetarians better if you don't try. First courses: tortellini with parmesan cream, ok good, ditto tagliatelle with ragu. Super savory porcini and truffle gnocchi. Second courses: only the Bolognese cutlet and something off the menu that we discovered by asking if there was anything else... well. Appetizers? Only tigelle and raw! No pickles, pickles or cheeses, in short, for the first time it is difficult to order. The vegetarian could have a caprese or salad. Sufficient? I would say no. Let's leave desserts alone...

I ate a really good pizza. High, Neapolitan type, excellent dough, easily digestible. Good service. If it weren't for the location which isn't the best and which I gave 4 stars because it was outdoors, facing the street (it was very comfortable) it would have deserved another 5 stars...
We will return to taste the restaurant's dishes.

Trattoria/pizzeria in the center of Savigno!
At the time of my visit (August 2024), only pizza is available for dinner.
The pizza is fabulous and not heavy!
The base is thick with a nice cornice, as I prefer them.
Few dishes on the menu, but that usually means they are done well, and that was the case.
In this period there is a reduction in staff, so there is a bit of a wait, but you will be repaid by the excellent pizza.
High bill, especially for cover charge and drinks.

Very good pizza. Incredibly digestible and tasty dough. Well seasoned and excellent quality ingredients. Courteous service, they welcomed us without a reservation late in the evening without batting an eye. Advised
