Thursday night we ordered sushi from this takeaway for the whole family and some guests. Although the wait didn't seem long on the website, the order was delayed, but I have to say that the customer service was impeccable: we called several times to get updates and each time they answered us kindly and accurately, giving us all the necessary information. In Milan there is really a lot of sushi, but what makes the real difference is the professionalism of the staff and the attention to the customer. And here it shows. In addition, once we received the order we realized that an item was missing and in this case too the response was impeccable: the girl on the phone was super helpful and immediately prepared what was missing, having it delivered to us very quickly. In short, excellent sushi, but even more remarkable is the service. It is rare to find such care and availability

I ordered through Glovo and, what can I say, I had a great time. Beyond the sushi which is really excellent quality, I was pleasantly surprised by the care taken in the wrapping and packaging: the paper plate for the soy sauce, the soy sauce not in a sachet but in a convenient resealable bottle, the wasabi in a toothpaste-type tube. Brilliant 😍
