A truly surprising and extraordinary experience! Iona Seafood is an innovative, young, and high-end restaurant, where seafood takes center stage, yet with a creativity that makes it unique. I tried the lobster sandwich: simply exquisite, balanced in flavor, and perfectly executed. The mackerel, prepared with great technique and originality, was a real discovery: an elaborate yet harmonious dish, truly exceptional. But the absolute highlight was the fried fish: incredibly abundant, crispy, light, and incredibly dry—a rare treat—and with a flavor that makes you want to order another immediately. The restaurant is modern, well-kept, and original, with a distinctive and refined feel. The idea of craft beers made in collaboration with them is wonderful: a detail that makes all the difference and demonstrates the passion and research behind it. The service was impeccable: the waiters were friendly, knowledgeable, and able to explain each dish with precision and enthusiasm, without ever being intrusive. The owners? A rarity: friendly, helpful, and with that genuine passion that makes you feel at home. Truly the best! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a different, tasty, and unique experience. What can I say? Spectacular place! Incredible dishes with innovative flavors. Great selection of natural wines. Their beer is also worth trying! Top, as always!

Che dire…. Una garanzia ! Ci andiamo spesso da Iona e le ragioni sono tante 😍 si mangia benissimo e sempre con originalità (merce rara) e altissima qualità: innovazione, ricerca e accoglienza, un mix perfetto. C’è sempre un sorriso e, se ti va di uscire dai loro grandi classici trovi sempre degli special o fuori carta che dir si voglia che spaccano ! Altra cosa degna di nota sono gli abbinamenti con birre strepitose e una selezione di vini sempre davvero interessante. Insomma…. Bravissimiiii dalla cucina alla sala: top !
