Interludio In Prato

I've been there a couple of times and was surprised by the consistently friendly staff, welcoming and ready to assist us with any request. The atmosphere is very elegant and understated. The service was impeccable, not to mention the unmatched value for money. You could tell the food was top-notch.

For a special lunch, we went to this lovely seafood restaurant just outside the city center. The dishes were above average in terms of execution and ingredients. The only downside was the bitterness of the fried eggplant, a sign of slightly aged vegetables, but the eggplant didn't take much. Finally, the lemon sorbets were excellent, both in quality and quantity. Fair prices for fish dishes with fairly sophisticated flavors and generous portions. Rating 7.5
