Excellent restaurant serving traditional Italian cuisine, everything very good and very well done, correct portions. On Sunday night, slow service, which was to be expected with only two people serving. In summer, the garden must be more pleasant than the interior room, where we stayed: the air conditioning is not enough on a very hot night.

I had the opportunity to test this restaurant for a business lunch. I would say everything was perfect in proportion to the menu of the day available for the type of meal. Fast service, above average food, attentive staff. Large private parking.

Eravamo In 6 abbiamo preso un piatto per uno più amari caffè e un dessert .. servizio veloce ambiente con posti fuori e dentro .. praticamente è una grande villa .. posti auto riservati accettano carte e prenotazioni .. tot. 125 euro ..

We had dinner last night with a group of friends, everything was good and the waitress was friendly the only flaw was that the two desserts I bought were not up to par, especially the cheesecake. 5 stars anyway, recommended

Venerdì sera sono stata con mio marito e una coppia di miei carissimi amici in questo locale dopo tantissimi anni. Ho ritrovato un locale rinnovato e accogliente e molto ben tenuto con delle belle sale adatte anche per feste o ricevimenti con personale molto gentile. Abbiamo optato per una serata pizza e abbiamo gustato delle pizze molto buone digeribili e sottili e molto ben farcite in particolare la capricciosa da me gustata e la quattro stagioni. Molto buoni i dolci con ampia scelta, delicato e gustoso il tiramisù e favolosa la meringata. Consiglio sicuramente questo locale per una serata pizza e ritornerò per provarlo anche come ristorante vista l'ampia scelta. Ubaldina.

Il Pilota

12/08/2024: I went with my wife today to Il Pilota in Alessandria, for the first time. We were greeted cordially and shown to our table. We ate really a lot and well. We took the tasting menu and we didn't regret it. Everything was excellent, excellent service, always friendly staff, fast service. Anyone who wants to eat good fish, I highly recommend going to Pilota in Alessandria. My wife and I had a great time and will definitely return in the future. We returned for my wife's birthday, everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. Excellent place, great food, TOP service. Advised.
