‘ino Pan’ino d’Autore In Caltagirone

If you're from Caltagirone and you've never been to Ino Panino, you're missing out. At first, I thought it would be just another sandwich, but as soon as I took the first bite, I realized it wasn't your average "just for the sake" sandwich. You can tell they really care. The meat is amazing: incredibly tasty and flavorful, but above all, fresh. When you taste it, you realize it's not rubbery or too tough like some places, but it instantly makes you want another bite. The sandwiches are crispy and soft at the same time, and you can tell they're fresh, too. All the ingredients are high-quality and carefully prepared; the sauces are made in-house, so there's none of the stuff you find in packaged sauces. It's clear they focus on quality, not just "food." The place is welcoming, with a mix of modern and rustic. The staff is friendly and always available. It's a great place, whether you're visiting with friends or just for a quick break. The prices are a little high, but justified by the quality of the ingredients. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to try the famous ricotta croissant, but I highly recommend their sweet and light tiramisu. I must say, Ino Panino remains one of the best places for a culinary experience in Caltagirone. P.S. Another highlight of the restaurant are the fries, which are available in various flavors (classic, cacio e pepe, lemon, etc.).

Excellent choice. On a recommendation, we dined at this little place because they cater to gluten-free eats. The gluten-free bread is excellent, the selection of sandwiches is extensive and includes quality pairings, and the fries are fresh. The staff is incredibly friendly and the owner is very welcoming... highly recommended, even for celiacs.

A very welcoming place, as far as the food is concerned I can say without a doubt that the food is excellent, not to mention the sandwiches are exceptional.

A very nice place, ideal for a different kind of evening in Caltagirone. The sandwiches, meat, and food in general have always left me satisfied...the homemade fries, in particular, are truly excellent. The new location has a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, I must report some organizational issues that have persisted for years (as confirmed by some previous reviews). For example, from the moment you arrive, it can take up to half an hour to receive the menu, another twenty minutes to place your order (which only takes one person), and about an hour for the dishes to arrive. I heard other customers, at least when I went, complaining about this. Furthermore, the place gives the impression of having more tables than the space allows, which makes it a bit awkward for waiters and customers to move around, and the noise level in the room tends to be quite high. Despite this, if you can overlook the long wait and some disorganization, Ino Pan'Ino d'Autore remains a place I recommend for its lovely atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the staff.

He's managed to outdo himself in his new location. Incredibly good sandwiches. He's always focused on the simplicity of his sandwiches, treating them like works of art. And with the new grill, he's added a sixth star to his menu. In my opinion, it's inimitable. Highly recommended!
