We've known the owner and her husband for almost fifteen years, ever since they taught us the meaning of love for a job well done at their dairy in Monterotondo. Finding them here, on this new adventure, was like coming home, but with the scent of a wood-fired oven and Naples in our hearts. We started with a simply amazing beef tataki, tender and perfectly balanced in flavor, served by the very kind Nancy. Then the pizzas—true works of art: light dough, a high, fragrant crust, stringy mozzarella, and a tomato aroma reminiscent of sun and tradition. The ones in the photos speak for themselves. And to finish... the lemon delight, the real thing, the one that takes you back to Naples with just a spoonful: fresh, velvety, fragrant, unforgettable. The staff are Neapolitan, as Naples knows how: friendly, smiling, and hospitable. Here, you're not a customer, you're a guest, and that makes all the difference. The place is beautiful, with a variety of options for every taste. We came back for an aperitif...we ordered an excellent cold cuts platter...a cheese platter with exceptional buffalo mozzarella. The staff was friendly, fast, and helpful. We'll be back!

Always a guaranteed super pizza, a warm and lively welcome, as only Neapolitans can do. Fast service, and you immediately feel like you're in Naples. If you want real Neapolitan pizza, be wary, but all the names like Capuanos and Company in the area are the best.

Aside from the convenience of having it right next door and walking there, the place is spectacular. The owner feels like we've known him forever—a fantastic person, with a warm, friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent, from start to finish. They make their own dairy products, with flavors you won't find anywhere else. The Neapolitan pizza is spectacular. Not the usual soggy, overly-plump pizza, but truly delicious. In short, if you've never been and are passing by... stop by and enjoy a wonderful evening, from aperitif to dinner.
