We discovered this intimate and refined restaurant, where every dish tells a story of passion and attention to detail. The quality of the cuisine is exceptional, the plating impeccable, and the service truly expert, always ready to expertly recommend both dishes and matching wines. For our appetizer, we chose a buffalo mozzarella tartare with sparacelle mushrooms, delicate and surprising. The main course was the roasted rabbit with purple cabbage and leek: incredibly tender and flavorful, a must-try. To conclude, two unique and beautifully executed desserts: dark chocolate and raspberry, and salted pistachio with hazelnut, with a truly unique and delicious pistachio frangipane. All accompanied by a fine wine, carefully recommended. An experience that won us over. We'll definitely be back!
