I love this bubble tea. It's become a second home to me. Whenever I have to study for an exam, their matcha latte bubble tea cheers me up and gives me the energy to study for five hours without feeling like I'm struggling. They have card games and I have fond memories of me and my friends playing there. Bologna is a deeply dispersive city for me, coming from a small town. As a student away from home who found himself really starting his adult life here, with the first time away from home alone, it was difficult. ING is like a calm and safe refuge for me. They have air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. They make substitutions for us vegans, with three plant-based milks to choose from: soy, oat, coconut. I have to say, they used to be free. Now they cost 0.60 cents, which in my opinion is the only negative. You can change so many things about your bubble tea and they UNLIKE MOST BUBBLE TEA they actually listen to you. Do you want it bigger? Less sugar? More sugar? Want to add/remove something? Done! I love this. I am a huge bubble tea lover in general, my passion has now lasted more than 4 years. I can say that they really know how to make them here, nothing shoddy or commercial. They also use real fruit :) The tables are decorated with notes from people who have been here and had a great time and the place is Capybara themed. Special place, nothing to say :)

I come here almost every day, this place is wonderful, the staff is very kind and the drinks are amazing!!

I gave 5 stars 5 years ago, but I feel like writing now because I am now a regular customer. In the center, but not attached to the chaos of the main streets. Small, but welcoming. Always friendly staff. When I want bubble tea it's my first thought and I'm willing to walk all the way downtown on a T-Day to get there. 10/10

The price is reasonable and the taste is just ordinary. It’s not as amazing as it says online. It’s just ordinary milk tea.

Very good!! Many years in Bologna and I discovered it thanks to my nephew. Small and with lots of variety, don't be like my superboomer sister who had an espresso 😅 obviously it wasn't great, with everything they offer it's better to rely on them! Staff on average courteous and helpful
