I had dinner at Indaco for my eighteenth birthday. It was my first time at a Michelin-starred restaurant. It was a wonderful experience. I was treated wonderfully by everyone. The food was meticulously prepared and everything was delicious. The location was stunning, overlooking the sea. The wait staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. It was an experience I would repeat a thousand times over.

Indaco is the emblem of Ischian hospitality, a restaurant nestled in a pleasant place, Lacco Ameno precisely, in which every moment, every action, every detail and every thought is commendably managed by the entire restaurant.
The dining room, with the lively Chiara, Elena and “the Argentine” (whose name escapes me) is managed by the kind and loving Clara. She expresses a cadenced, almost melodic rhythm, which empathizes with the guest and enhances dishes and location.
The Sommelier, Armando, who controls a vast and expertly prepared menu, juggles with passion and knowledge among the tastes of the diners, recommending combinations free from common banalities.
The dishes of the kitchen, led by Chef Palamaro, express the most fascinating and hidden soul of the Neapolitan island, a vivid connection between sea and land, the two elements that unite Ischia and its proud inhabitants.
A grand evening, peppered with a thousand attentions and cares, which made this last evening on the island, the right goodbye to magical Ischia.

Absolutamente deliciosa comida y excelente servicio. Tuvimos un tiempo muy agradable con deliciosos bocados y algunos de los mejores vinos que he tomado. El personal era muy amable y fue más allá para hacer nuestra noche especial, especialmente para el cumpleaños de mi esposa. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!
