The experience began with a very fresh cuttlefish tartare, delicate and perfectly balanced in flavor, showcasing the quality of the raw material with great elegance. Each course was a crescendo of flavors, presented with care and attention to detail. The finale was simply memorable: a surprising dessert, with an intense peanut flavor, even shaped like a peanut. Not only delicious, but also creative and spectacular, a perfect conclusion that demonstrates research, technique, and personality. A special round of applause goes to the waiters, whose professionalism is impeccable... attentive, friendly, always present without being intrusive. They accompanied each dish with precise explanations and evident passion for their work. The restaurant is super clean, with attention to every detail, and a welcoming and refined atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to the chef, who truly outdid himself.
