The place is very well located, 200 meters away you have a bus stop, supermarkets, cafeteria and pharmacy. The room was super nice, with a comfortable bed and everything was perfect, the entrance was very good with a key and card. They send the instructions to your cell phone and you don't have any problems. The girl at the reception IS SUPER FRIENDLY. The only thing is that it is a little noisy, since they are doing flooring work in front of it.

The location was very good, there was a restaurant down which one day put the music very loud at 11pm but the owner was quick to inform us that it was just a practice and would stop, the rooms are pretty but they were mouldy at parts (bathtub and some corners)

Self check in takes some getting used to, but nice overnight stay in a top location in Bergamo

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and offers good value. However, cleanliness could be improved.

Access to the structure via the external garage should be improved. My room and bathroom need more care.

The room has no defects. Very clean, fresh linen, fresh towels. Bath cosmetics. The rooms are located in a great area. Nothing more nothing less. I recommend

Very nice room with terrace 30 minutes walk from the citta alta (historic heart of Bergamo). The cleaning lady was very understanding about our late departure… Super comfortable bed and accompanied by a large mirror, well beyond our expectations for booking accommodation! Easy check-in and check-out. Recommendable place for a night of passion in Bergamo, but if I may allow a friendly advice...obviously reside in the citta alta!!

A good place to stay for the night - not far from the railway station, about 10 minutes on foot. The room is small, but everything you need is there: a large bed, TV, kettle, shower in the room, access to the room is remote, so you can check in at a later time. The room is cool, the toilet and shower are cold - for me this was a minus. Our price included breakfast in a cafe nearby - a sandwich or croissant and tea or coffee ☕️
