The best Chinese food I had in Italy! The twice-cooked pork and sliced ​​beef and tripe in chili sauce were both excellent, and I was even surprised to find hand-shredded cabbage with that wok-fried aroma abroad!! I also ordered braised pork intestine noodles. The intestines were great, soft and flavorful, just like the gourd head soup from Shaanxi, not the overly strong flavor of Jiangyou style!

One of the best Sichuan restaurants in Rome. I'll start by saying I'm vegetarian. I've never eaten there, but I often get takeout. It takes about half an hour to get the food, as everything is freshly cooked. Everything is delicious, flavorful, and handmade (you have to like spicy food). My favorites are the eggplant (amazing), the fried tofu, and the sautéed Sichuan cabbage.
