Cheaper than a real Korean restaurant, twice the portions, and the staff are super friendly. This is truly the best restaurant. I asked twice or three times because of my allergies, and they even checked for other allergies. They were so kind. They checked on me every time I ate and smiled. Chinese people are even kinder than Koreans!!! And it's sooooooooooooo delicious. The meat is generous, the noodles are just the right thickness, and they're well-cooked. The broth is Korean, spicy, and delicious.

Even after eating cup ramen, the greasiness didn't go away, but this cured it. I'm not a fan of mala, but the mala mapo tofu was delicious, and I ate the fried rice until it was almost full, scraping every grain of rice from my bowl. Strangely enough, this was the only meal I ever thought of in Florence.

Tired of Italy? Do you like mala? Then try the mapo tofu. It's very spicy. The beef noodles weren't really my style. The fried rice was delicious.

At this restaurant, I rediscovered the authentic flavors of China. I recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, uncompromising experience. The place is a bit small and the service is basic, but that's fine because the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I'll definitely be back.

Truly good. Authentic cuisine. Every time I've made a reservation, they've answered in Chinese, which is already clear they cater to a specific clientele. Friendly and fast.

I ordered fried rice, stir-fried beef, and mapo tofu, and they were all delicious. I ordered another bowl of fried rice because it was so delicious. The dish uses a lot of chili oil, so it's oily, but it's spicy and the seasoning is delicious, so it was okay! The price was very reasonable, and the Chinese owner was very friendly, which I appreciated. If you don't like cilantro, just say "nogosu" and they'll understand. I recommend it.

I envy the Chinese students in Florence for having such authentic Chinese food. I live in a small city in southern Italy, with only four Chinese students in my entire school. There's no Chinese food or Chinese supermarket in the city, so I make my own food every day and go through boxes of instant noodles. This time in Florence, as a Chongqing native, I had to try Chongqing Impression. The food was amazing and the price was reasonable. I hate it! I should have studied in Florence!!! Stir-fried lotus root No. 1!! The service was definitely lackluster, and the tables were small, but it was acceptable, just like a small restaurant in a Chongqing residential area.

Dim Sum

07/12/2025: Last night for dinner, I came to try DimSum's cuisine. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and all the dishes were delicious. We ordered four ramen noodles and two portions of dumplings, one with grilled meat and one with xialombao. The xialombao were excellent, probably the dish I liked best and most surprised me the most of the entire dinner! The filling was juicy, soft, and aromatic, truly excellent. As for the ramen, they were very good and well-made. However, the main problem is probably the price, more specifically the price of the dumplings. Although they were good, €8 for three dumplings seems excessive in my opinion, a price that I would have tolerated if the portion had been for four dumplings. We paid €19.20 per person. The service was basic and friendly, and the place was elegant. Overall, a pleasant experience, but I think there are places of the same caliber in the city at more affordable prices.

Everything was well-organized and clean, which always makes a good impression. I found it to be an ideal place to go alone, with friends, or with family. The prices are reasonable, and the service was attentive but not intrusive. Overall, a very positive experience that made me want to return.
