Impasto In Cagliari

It's always a wonderful experience. The pizza is as spectacular as the people who work there. I've often hosted company dinners and celebrated pleasant events there. It's a shame it's no longer part of the Sardex network; it was one of the reasons I used to frequent it so often.

The pizza is good, I think gourmet, very small, very expensive, and the service is impeccable. I wouldn't return simply because the prices are completely disproportionate to what's on offer. I understand the quality of the ingredients and the presentation, but starting from €9 for a Margherita and going up to €18/20 for a "top" pizza, or €7 for a medium draft beer, I think is too much.

Great experience! Wide selection, very high quality, and generous portions. Reasonable prices. Nice place and good service. We were all very satisfied, we'll be back.

Impeccable lunch. Both the venue and the service were impeccable. I had an appetizer to nibble on before the first course, called "scarpetta," a piece of long-leavened bread topped with pumpkin, sausage, and pecorino cheese. For my first course, I chose macaroni with pumpkin, chickpeas, and casizolu. For my second course, a beef stew accompanied by sublime mashed potatoes, its tenderness melding with every single piece of stew. The dishes are meticulously crafted, as you can see from the photos, and the quality is truly excellent. This isn't the first time I've been to Impasto for lunch or dinner, and it once again confirms what I thought the first time I tried it, the thing that makes you say after leaving: "I can't wait to go back." Raffaele looked after us, welcoming us very warmly. When we weren't sure what to order, he gave us advice, demonstrating his expertise. And last but not least, the tiramisu, and anyone who frequents this place knows one thing well... it's a special tiramisu, and one of the best in Cagliari! A great experience, highly recommended.

Tourists with limited Italian language skills, were graciously looked after by this amazing team. We were seeking an authentic Italian food experience and Impasto delivered. Excellent in every way. The pasta Carbonara was memorable. Thanks 🙏 to all for making this a lovely experience.

Even though I'm not a huge fan of Neapolitan pizza, I have to admit this one is truly delicious! The tomato sauce seems homemade, and all the ingredients are top-quality. The crust is crispy to the last bite and easy to digest. I recommend it 100%.

BEST PIZZA during our whole trip across several cities in Italy 🇮🇹!!!! Honestly, at first I thought this place was a tourist spot and didn’t expect much, and we were tired and almost got cold after a day trip from the seaside due to the strong wind, but no restaurants were open around 5pm except Impasto, so we decided to give it a go. Oh man, the pizza was HEAVEN (btw we got pizza capricciosa)!!!! The ingredients/toppings were fresh and tasty, and the dough was magic! I feel like we were healed after that meal lol. Plus the owner was amazing too. Will be revisiting.

We had an amazing spontaneous dinner at the bar since all tables were booked. Great pastas! Lovely wines from the island, and thanks to the amazing tips of the barman we got our roadtrip planned. Ps, end your dinner with a class of Sardiniean Mirto for the full experience!
