I ate here on a Saturday night, and I have to say I have only positive reviews. Let me start by saying that I am a vegetarian, and I do not easily digest all pizza doughs in general, as well as sauce! Here I found the pizza very tasty, digestible, I found more than one vegetarian pizza and the guys are all super helpful and kind. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a good, soft and tasty pizza with top ingredients! Satisfied🤙🏼

Appetizer with fried pasta, raw ham and stracciatella phenomenal and the pizza also very good. Cornice a little too burnt for my taste.

Sono stato da Impasto ieri sera con amici a cena.
Non è la prima volta che ceno in questa pizzeria, ma ogni volto noto con piacere che la qualità è rimasta invariata.
La location è piccolina, conviene sempre prenotare per tempo.
Abbiamo preso due antipasti di chiacchiere, crudo e stracciata che sono piaciute a tutti i presenti.
Poi per quanto riguarda le pizze sono una garanzia, ricche di ingredienti e, oltre ad essere buonissime, sono anche belle da vedere.
Il servizio è un'altra nota positiva, sempre attento, attivo e con il sorriso.
Il conto per quello che abbiamo mangiato e peer la qualità è sicuramente in linea e proporzionato.
Sicuramente da consigliare.

Pizza 1: Really good! The porcini cream and fontina go perfectly together, while the speck and chestnuts give a nice contrast of flavours. The fondue adds a creamy and fresh finishing touch. Perfect!
Pizza 2: Too sweet, unfortunately. The caramelized onion jam takes over everything, and even if the other ingredients are good (especially the speck and the burrata), the sweetness becomes a bit too much. It would be better to balance it a little more.
The farinata was really good! The half with caramelized onion and sausage is tasty and well balanced, while the one with provola and raw ham is super tasty, with the provola melting perfectly.
Furthermore, the girl who welcomed us was really attentive and gave us excellent advice when choosing the farinata.
