Walk to the lake, quick lunch. We ate fried calamari with chips, excellent and plentiful. Reasonable price, informal atmosphere. We had a good time. Cinzia and Luca.

Nice place but prices a little above the average quality/price ratio. I took spaghetti with seafood, good sauce but spaghetti overcooked and broken almost pasta-style in low-sodium broth and a bit small portion given the price (€14). Second course of fried squid and chips, right portion, but all lightly fried (i.e. soft, not crunchy) and also straunto (so not well drained and breaded with paper) beers ok, €2 a 1/2L plastic bottle of water even if in a tourist place it is theft. Total with 3 first courses, 3 second courses, 2 beers, 1 coke and 2 water. €111 given the quality of the food seems a bit much to me.

The first impression was very good...that was it. The menu says iced tea on tap...a can came!
Nuggets with fries can be seen in the picture with 2 sauces...unfortunately there was neither ketchup nor mayo
Coperto is requested twice...we didn't get any napkins or cutlery.
It's a shame about the beautiful place

Tappa fissa ogni volta che vado ad Arona. Locale informale dove si può fare colazione, Aperitivo, pranzo , merenda, cena e dopo cena. Servono il cibo in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Il servizio è professionale e gentile. Si può mangiare dei buoni primi, hamburger di ogni tipo, toast farci abbondantemente. Ottima selezione birre.

We found ourselves nearby for an aperitif with friends, very kind staff and ultra-fast and attentive service. Given the previous reviews, we don't understand if the place has changed management or staff but the quality is excellent.
