I'm Burger In Pisa

Last Saturday I found myself in this restaurant for the first time and I can tell you it was FANTASTIC BUT ESPECIALLY on a Saturday evening one expects to wait a long time, but despite the waitress being alone in the room, helpful, kind and experienced, she made everything go smoothly! I highly recommend it

I tried this place, recommended by friends. As a vegetarian I still found something suitable for me. The place is nice, intimate I would say, as there are few seats, it allows the dialogue of the people at the table (something not to be underestimated). The staff is quick, the lady (I think the owner) tries to make sure that everything runs smoothly. We appreciate the interest he shows and the care he takes towards his work. Even if anxiety transpires. Lots of anxiety! - a nice deep breath! 😁 I'm talking exclusively about the dishes I consumed: vegan burger with added egg, and tiramisu. Unfortunately the bread was the most sore point of the meal. Especially the top part (despite being very inconspicuous) was hollow and extremely "crumbleable". It didn't have any texture and the over-roasting also made it bitter, ruining the dish. The chips: the chips are served rustic style, with peel and cut with a mandolin. The idea would also be nice, but in addition to the extreme crunchiness in the mouth they have no flavor other than that of fried oil. They don't give you anything, they "have no pulp". The tiramisu: the tiramisu was EXCELLENT for me, very dense, compact, really good... But not served in a cappuccino cup!!! Come on!! How much? 5 euros for a spoonful of pick me up no!!! I also tasted the "chocolate salami"... 3 slices on a saucer?!? No, you need to improve the dessert service! (And the salami was too dry!) I appreciate the commitment, the friendliness, the fact of making sure that everything went well and I invite you to take this review as a starting point for improvement. I'll check back later.

I often come for lunch after work, welcoming and well-kept place, excellent food. Federica's presence was excellent, welcoming with professionalism and friendliness.

We are a group of friends and we often come for lunch here, excellent food presented with care, Federica is always very attentive, always welcomes you with a smile, it's what you need for a pleasant lunch break.

We went for the weekend and wanted to eat the unusual pizza but the girl at the hotel advised us to change our mind, we must say that not only was it good advice. Excellent burger and excellent attention.!!! Nice and very kind guys. Very welcoming place. 100% recommended.
